Job Description:
- Execute procurement processes in PCF’s Procurement Management System (PMS), including creation of Small Value Purchase (SVP)/Request for Quotation (RFQ), Purchase Order (PO), Goods Received Note (GRN)
- Work closely with Information Technology Division (ITD) and Procurement department (PRO) on technical issues encountered on PCF PMS
- Coordinate with Finance Division (FID) on payment matters
- Liaise with PRO to execute necessary follow-up actions and ensure proper closure of outstanding cases recorded such as in aging reports
- Work closely with Senior Care Centres (SCCs) and Active Aging Centres (AACs) for procurement and payment related matters
- Manage SCC/AAC staff’s professional development training process including registration, marking of attendance, and account activation via PCF Learning Management System (LMS) and Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) LMS platforms; while taking charge to relevant ensure course fee payments are processed
- Maintain SCC/ACC staff’s training records online
- Procure furniture and equipment for new centres alongside Centre Manager, Senior Nurse, Therapists as well as Admin and Finance team
- Perform grant claim submissions
- Take down minute notes for meetings
- Undertake projects and tasks that might be introduced from time to time
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or Economics or Management (minimum Polytechnic Diploma in Business or Management if candidate has excellent career track in relevant experience)
- At least 2 years’ experience in administration, financial or procurement portfolios
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Good team player with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to multi-task, well organised and meticulous
