Singapore Fashion Council (SFC) is a non-commercial trade Organisation that serves as the catalyst driving the industry’s continuous growth, with a focus on three key areas: Asian Craftsmanship, Sustainability, and Innovation & Technology.

SFC also manages Design Orchard Retail Showcase (DORS) and The Cocoon Space (TCS):
DORS, the retail showcase located at level one of Design Orchard and situated in the centre of Orchard Road, provides a physical retail space for new and emerging designers, at the renowned shopping belt of Singapore. It has the largest collection of locally based designer brands in Singapore.
TCS, offers creative co-working and event space housed on level 2, 3 and rooftop open space of Design Orchard
Key Roles & Responsibilities
As an Executive in the Partnerships & Engagement department, your key roles include Customer Service Operations, Hospitality, Event Space Management and Membership Support. Experience from within the fashion sector is a plus and we actively encourage applicants from the widest range of backgrounds, including those currently underrepresented in this industry.

Job Requirements
- Manage the hotline and attend to email enquiries on event space rental and related services including converting inquiries into sales
- Communicate the Terms and Conditions of use with potential clients Liaise and coordinate with clients including the logistics such as layout, inventories and site visits etc
- Administer the digital venue booking system, assist in preparation of letter of quotation, agreement and follow up on collection
- Support the department head in conducting periodic review and revision of TCS documents
- Manage office stationery and ensure cleanliness of common spaces, pantry, and workspaces
- Constantly look into areas of improvement to further increase the productivity
- Perform ad hoc task as and when assigned
Pre-requisties
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent with minimum two years’ experience in operations, projection management, ideally in a co-work, hospitality, or retail setting
- Financial literacy and business operations experience is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and plan for unanticipated scenarios
- Love working with people
- Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills with experience in dealing with different audiences and strong customer service focus
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and see through multi projects concurrently
- Self-starter and with ability to think out of box
- Experience in venue bookings, and management of digital booking system
- Understand and passionate of fashion businesses
- Require to work outside of normal working hours and on weekends if needed
