Senior Manager (Compensation and benefits)

The person will be leading the compensation and benefits (C&B) team. This entails the development of planning and implementation of C&B programs, policies and procedures in close partnership with key stakeholders, different entities and Management.

Responsibilities

• Project manage end to end processes of planning and implementation of relevant policies and programs and co-ordinate the relevant key strategic C&B processes, working with HR BPs to interface with the HODs
• Review, develop and drive the design and implementation of C&B policies and projects in alignment with Head office’s policies and directions. This includes day to day management of activities as well as working closely with key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of rewards services to staff.
• Provide informed perspectives to Center of Excellence (COE) and other stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of existing policies, guidelines and procedures by proposing plan revision that reflects business needs
• Provide advice to HR partners and other stakeholders on pay decisions, policy and guideline, interpretation and job evaluation.
