KSK Design and Build Pte Ltd is a renovation company providing full end to end interior design and renovation services for both residential and commercial customers.

We are having our own in-house aluminium & glass fabrication services for window, doors, skylight, trellis, staircases, as well as our own in house carpentry works.

Position: Aluminium fabricator and installer

Job Responsibilities:

· Reading and interpreting blueprints and plans.

· Measuring, cutting, and shaping of aluminium, metal, glass and other materials.

· Installing aluminium structures such as windows, doors, staircase railing, trellis, skylight, etc.

· Repairing or replacing damaged aluminium structures.

· Maintaining tools and equipment’s.

· Able to operator cutter machinery and variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.

· Collaborating with other construction professionals, like architects and project managers.

· Coordination with external customers for site measurement and on site meetings.

· Any other duties as required by the Company from time to time.

Requirements:

· At least three years’ relevant work experience in construction industry.

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who know Construction and Interior Design related trade.

Knowledge in Quantity Surveyor duty and Autocad software is a must.

Able to liaises with customer, subcontractor and supplier.

Must be able to work alone and some time have to visit site for meeting or zoom meeting.

• To assign general and daily duties to workers on the site
• To ensure that quality standards and safety precautions are followed and met.
• Responsible for Recruiting, hiring, inducting, training and coordinating staff (mainly from Bangladesh) as needed
• To ensure that they have the resources they need to fulfill their job requirements.
• To be able to plan for assigned works on-site
• Planning of tools and materials for the work required
• Planning of workers required for the works
• To be able to run work sites safely and responsibly
• Ensuring safety documents are prepared and placed on site in case of inspection

Requirements

• 5 years or more Singapore experience
• Able to read drawings
• Able to communicate in English, Bangladeshi
• Preferably possess Class 3 license
• Have good interpersonal, communication and people management skills
• Ability to act in the best interests of the Company

We are looking for an Account & HR Administrator to support in administrative and operations. You should be comfortable with multitasking various administrative matters and large quantities of data in a timely manner.

Description and Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks in the absence of the HR personnel.
• Assist in recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
• Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support the work passes matter with Accounts personnel.
• Preparing, submitting, and liaising for MOM survey matter.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for HR-related matters such as payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.
• Assist in preparing HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
• Ordering Stationery for Office every two months.
• Provide Administrative Support to Accounts & HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirement:

• Min. Diploma certificate in any subject.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, well-organized and with the ability to multitask.
• Good in Microsoft Office.
• Candidate should be familiar with using MS Outlook as our emailing tool within the office workstation.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

Work Week : 5.5 days.

Working Hours : 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

: 9am to 1pm (Saturday)

Working Days : Monday to Friday and Saturday (on privilege time-off and only when there is no pending job duty on hands)
