We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Digital Marketing and Partnership Executive to manage our digital marketing efforts and provide partnership support to our revenue team in order to elevate our brand, foster audience engagement and expand our reach. This role will require you to execute and optimize digital marketing strategies across various social media channels, specifically focusing on Asia and Greater China, while also supporting our revenue team in executing sales strategics and nurturing partnerships across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging content for a variety of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Line, and LinkedIn, to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
2. Social Media Management: Monitor, manage, and respond to comments and messages across all social media channels, engaging with followers to strengthen online communities, amplify our brand message, and increase our reach.
3. Brand Consistency: Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure that all social media content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all platforms.
4. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.
5. Trend Awareness: Stay informed on the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices, integrating these insights into our digital marketing strategies.
6. Partnership Support: Assist the revenue team in executing their sales strategies and building partnership to drive revenue growth especially in Africa and the Middle East.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Language, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, with a proven track record of creating engaging social media content
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Proficiency in Chinese language is required for social media content creation and management to connect with our target audiences in Greater China and Southeast Asia
• A genuine interest in English, Japanese anime, and Korean content will be beneficial in connecting with our target audiences
• Experience with Photoshop, video editing, and content creation tools, along with a creative mindset and an eye for design
• Strong time-management abilities and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team to achieve goals

Singapore Airlines is seeking an experienced and innovative Food & Beverage (F&B) Director to lead our F&B team within the Customer Experience Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-standard of F&B offerings through global curation, thoughtful customization, and trendsetting innovation, with the ultimate goal of delighting our customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research, plan, design, and implement initiatives and changes to constantly refresh inflight and lounge product and services.
2. Lead cross-functional teams in planning, competitor research, benchmarking, designing, and trialing new initiatives for product and service enhancements.
3. Plan and implement periodic and seasonal inflight F&B promotions
4. Organize workshops and presentations for culinary partners in Singapore and overseas.
5. Communicate and share the latest global food and hospitality trends to shape innovation in SIA's product offerings.
6. Ensure awareness and adherence to SIA's F&B vision, maintaining consistency and suitability across lounges and aircraft.
7. Manage catering budgets effectively for inflight services, maximizing SIA's interests while balancing customer needs.
8. Lead a team of F&B Executives and Catering Managers in operationalising the above mentioned.

Requirements

1. Background in culinary apprenticeship, culinary degree, or relevant culinary experiences in senior culinary leadership role(s).
2. Minimum 15 years of professional culinary/F&B experience or equivalent in a management position, preferably with more than 8 years in inflight service/catering or high-volume catering environments (Institutional/Stadium/Cruise Line/Banqueting).
3. Extensive knowledge of Asian, Singaporean, Western, and Regional Indian cuisines, trends, products, and service delivery concepts.
4. Good understanding of the airline industry is an advantage.
5. Effective engagement skills with media, public, focus groups, and customers.
6. Strong wine knowledge and understanding of global wine trends and regions.
7. Excellent organizational skills and project management knowledge.

Summary: Director, Regional Vertical Markets Electronics & Healthcare APAC

Regionally lead and drive the industry vertical and strategy as well as the development of key accounts while supporting the Regional/Country sales in building their Vertical organization and sales pipelines. The Regional Vertical Head (RVH) is accountable for the growth and solutions building as part of the Vertical portfolio.

Reports to: VP, Global Vertical Market(s) Electronics & Healthcare (GVH)

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· Management of the regional and local team members for the respective vertical including all performance management and objective setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategy and Business Development

· Development, management, and execution of a regional vertical strategy in accordance with goals and objectives for the global Vertical, including identification and acquisition of new business as well as maintenance of existing business.

· Identify and develop new and additional business opportunities for growth in revenue and gross profit for the assigned Vertical portfolio and effectively manage the vertical sales process.

· Lead and manage a group of Regional Key Account Managers and Vertical Business Development managers in the Vertical as applicable for the region.

· Provide the Global Vertical Head with concise, data/fact-driven information and analysis on opportunities, issues, trends, and financial results inclusive of identification of alternatives and options for the vertical development and performance.

· Develop, communicate, and lead operational plans and budgets for the Vertical in the region to achieve defined results within Vertical portfolio.

· Define top regional pursuits across the Vertical, aligned with the GVH and prioritize in alignment with the Segments and Product teams.

· Develop and deliver integrated solutions across the Vertical customers supply chains in collaboration with the relevant Commercial & Marketing teams as well as Products & Segments.

· Support and management of projects supporting global and regional Vertical priorities.

Customer Insights & Industry Leadership

· Demonstrate thought leadership towards the Vertical industry in the Region.

· Gathering vertical intelligence and building Vertical insights.

· Identify customer / vertical-specific needs from frontline and client-engagements.

· Identification and formulation of future customer needs incl. setting priorities.

· Demonstrate OIA’s industry expertise externally, e.g. white papers, conferences etc.

Sales Leadership & Engagement

· Engage in selling by supporting sales teams in customer meetings.

· Act as customer advisor and expand share of wallet through additional products and solutions with mutual upside.

· Build and drive the Vertical community effectively within OIA Global.

· Monthly engagement calls with feedback on results, opportunities, and strategic gaps.
