We are Tom’s Palette your O.G. Gelato Café with a 19 year history of Gelato and Ice Cream Making. Be trained by some of the best professionals in the business. We are looking for you to join our production team if you are passionate about making ice cream and gelato. A new frontier awaits for all beginners and experienced individuals alike, to gain insight into the industry of joy.
Job scope:
- Production of pastries & baked goods
- Production of Waffle and Cone Batter
- Follow Strict Production Schedule
- Upkeeping and practice of safe sanitization and cleanliness of workplace
- Take instruction from Head Gelato Chef and Assistant Gelato Chefs
Working hours:
- Mon-Thur 36 Hours per week (depending on Production Needs)
- Shifts: 10am-8pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Must work on Public Holidays as required
- $1800 - $2200 Depending on Experience
