Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous Compensation and Budget Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on analyzing compensation structures and managing budget processes, ensuring that actual expenditures align with budgeted forecasts.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:
- Support in the evaluation and analyze of compensation data
- Track actual expenditures against budgeted figures, identifying variances and providing actionable insights to management.
- Assist in financial forecasting by analyzing trends and projecting future budget needs based on compensation changes and organizational growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in compensation analysis,budgeting, or a related financial role.
- Ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Mercer salary surveys is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
