General Overview

The position is part of the Instrument Control and Electrical (ICE) team who is responsible for developing plans and schedules and providing advice to production and engineering team on all maintenance activities at the terminal.

Roles and ResponsibilIties

The incumbent shall be responsible for tasks and duties such as but not limited to the following:

• Daily planning and scheduling of maintenance tasks to carry out all required preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance of ICE asset in the Terminal
• Work closely with Mechanical, HSSE team to liaise with the Production and Jetty Operations team in the planning and analysis of each work request including coordinating the acquisition of electronic work permits.
• Carry out daily morning toolbox meeting for job assignments, briefings and any ICE-MECH work coordination communications
• Proficient in SAP to be able to carry out monitoring and scheduling of ICE PM & CM workorders, maintaining of ICE master equipment list, PM plans and raising purchase requisition for spare parts etc
• Liaise with External Authority for approval for Natural Gas Equipment maintenance request
• Close communication and co-ordination with external vendors and contractors to attend in house safety induction course, carry out site survey, site execution work etc
• Review Method of Statement and risk assessments are valid for the job
• Responsible for following up and verification that all jobs for close out are properly completed in SAP
• Raise Purchase requisitions in SAP and provide scope of supply and spare part specifications and work closely with Procurement Department for evaluation of vendor quotations for maintenance service contract/technical work outsourcing, monitoring of delivery of spare parts and materials etc
• Assist in the development of Maintenance budget, provide budget forecast, monitor and manage approved budget.
• Apply Jurong Island Pass sponsorship for external vendor.

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 (Degree) years and 8 (Diploma) years of experience in an oil and gas/petrochemical E&I maintenance supervisory or E&I maintenance planning and scheduling role
• Proficient in usage of Microsoft Office computer software and SAP systems
• Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to work in dynamic environment.

Education

• Engineering Degree/Diploma preferably in Electrical/Instrumentation/Chemical Engineering discipline.

This position is for the Animal Nutrition Business Line.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supply and demand management (ASIA)

• Supports demand planning input on SAP IBP.
• Monitor and analyze the demand forecast for short term planning at 0 – 4 months, as well as mid-term up to 12 months.
• Optimizes and monitors inventory levels to fulfill the demand by analyzing inventory metrics and setting target levels at various locations in warehouses in Asia.
• Handles inherent product shortages in SAP ATP at SKU level and manages day to day allocation of the dedicated product groups on SAP ATP at order level as well as forward planning.
• Attends regular S&OP meetings with other functions and sites as well as other regular meetings to receive and provide updates on the supply and demand situation within Asia so that the relevant information can be escalated for global decision makings.

Supply Chain Improvement (ASIA)

• Main driver on improvement of cost, quality and efficiency of operations

Supply Chain Reporting and Projects (ASIA)

• Analyze and report on Supply Chain KPIs
• supports the Supply Chain department in projects and other day-to-day business activities such as master data setups.
• Identify opportunities for digitalization projects within the supply chain scope
• Represent Asia in AN supply chain projects and responsible to implement global initiatives in Asia

Order to Cash Process

• Optimize order to cash process in countries to ensure seamless end to end workflow, working towards all KPIs.
• Supports other defined miscellaneous task, eg, Purchase order creation, MIGO, IDOC, month end closing, invoice verification etc.

Sales & Performance Reporting (ASIA PACIFIC)

• Generate monthly sales KPIs, volume and price analysis, contribution margins by country , sales persons, customers.
• Consolidate Asia Pacific volume budget for production planning process (EN+SN)
• Volume fulfillment tracking by service contracts
• Provide financial forecasting based on latest demand plan

Toll Manufacturing Activities

• Steer ASIA requirements for Ecobiol/ Gutcare production with toll manufacturers, including forecasting and operations / delivery execution into the region.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (esp. Excel, Power BI), experience in using planning tools such as IBP is a plus; strong in excel business modelling
• Multi-lingual ability (preferably English and Mandarin)
• Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, strong analytical skills, pro-active, independent, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.
• Digitalization skill
• Project management experience is preferred

The Role:

Perform admission of patients, handles customers’ queries pertaining to bill estimation, provide diagnosis/surgical codes, generate reports, and review MRO notes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform registration and answer to any bill estimation enquiries
• Assist to provide diagnosis / surgical codes in absence of clinical coder 
• Monitor in-flight accounts and engage payors to discuss payment arrangements
• Work with Drs/clinics to arrange for medical evacuation plans
• Work with various stakeholders on medical complaint cases
• Explain bills to patients/next-of-kin

• Conduct monthly pre-S&OP at SKU level across a few business - Singapore, Malaysia, Agency, International (business group to be re-assigned base on progress / workload)

JOB SUMMARY

As a member of the APEC Financial Analysis & Strategic Planning, the Manager, Financial Analysis will play an integral role in providing financial analysis support that enables APEC leadership to make business decisions that drive overall business results and create the most shareholder value. She/he will provide analytical support to Asset Management and Development Asset Management staff, Development and other Regional discipline leaders and other key stakeholders on key valuation issues for the Region including: evaluation of potential new hotel development projects; analyzing profit and growth objectives as reflected in long range plans; and providing return on investment analysis to assess Continent business initiatives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience including complex data analysis and financial modeling
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of technical corporate finance concepts (NPV, IRR, cost of capital)
• Strong spreadsheet skills, word processing, and presentation software skills
• Familiarity with financial concepts in hospitality is a plus (RevPAR, Flow-Thru, Margins)
• Ability to organize and interpret complex, detailed financial information and present analytical results in manner appropriate for senior management decision-making (both orally and in writing, in memos or presentation format)
• Strong financial statement analysis and corporate financial analysis skills
