Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist and lead product development from concept, trial to commercialization in line with overall strategic direction and objectives.
2. Identify room for improvements on existing products, ingredients and processes.
3. Manage and timely deliver assigned projects.
4. Lead and conduct trial runs/commercial runs/trouble-shooting.
5. Working closely with product leaders, project manager and specialists on planning, carrying out, and following up on trials/tests in relation to innovation and renovation of products/processes at Pilot Plant
6. Proficient knowledge on food regulations and compliance
7. Assist on planning and transformation of current documentation system into paperless system.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Food Science/Technology/Engineering/Nutrition/Chemistry/Microbiology or related field
2. Preferably with 2 -5 years experience in Food & Beverage industry, preferably with Beverage Research & Product Development background (hands-on experience in operating Pilot Plant is ideal)
3. Posses project managment skill
4. Team player with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
5. Excellent attention to details
