# The Role:
As a Marketing Manager, your role is to lead and manage a team of executives and creatives to develop and oversee marketing strategies and campaigns to help grow brand awareness. This role will encompass analytical, digital, creative, commercial and administrative responsibilities.

# Responsibilities:
- Able to develop a full spectrum of marketing and communication efforts to achieve our company’s business goals
- Able to lead a Marketing & Events Sales team to develop, plan, and execute strategic marketing and promotional activities to drive customers’ outreach and engagement
- Responsible for overall marketing communications, promotional activities and guest experiences in our restaurants and bars
- Build strong relationships and foster inter-department collaboration and external vendors and/or agencies to ensure the smooth execution of marketing plans
- Manage online channels with timely updates and engaging content on social media channels and brand websites
- Manage team to produce on-brand copywriting and development of our marketing collaterals
- Propose and facilitate partnerships, barter deals, sponsorships, and events that support business objectives
- Develop and implement media relation strategies and tactics to increase brand awareness
- Measure, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of marketing and media relations efforts; ROI on marketing and PR spend; key performance indicators
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Marketing or related studies
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role will be required
