We are looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas to a high level of execution through visual representations in both print and electronic media. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing creating or finding the right style/layout for every project.

Objectives of this role:

1. Work on a wide range of projects and media using various software programs to visualise and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.

2. Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to meet deadlines. Stay within budgets and timelines base on project briefs which may include 5 or more simultaneous projects.

3. Examine existing processes, identify flaws and create solutions that improve design capabilities.

4. Update and maintain internal database for designs, photography and video.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate, brainstorm and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentation decks, design collaterals, signages and marketing materials.

2. Develop design ideas determining the ideal usage of color, texts, imagery and layout.

3. Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials base on best practices or cost-effective way.

4. Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications.

5. To work closely with the Creative Director and Creative team.

Required skills and qualifications:

1. Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design preferably with a creative or marketing agency.

2. Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

4. Ability to manage timelines.

5. Working knowledge of various graphic design software.

6. Good attitude and passionate hunger to achieve creative goals.

7. Ability to work long hours even on weekends.

8. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art or related discipline.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for all the graphic visuals, designs and concepts.
• Required to work closely with the operations team to conceptualize ideas and submit proposals in a timely manner.
• Must play an active role in providing creative ideas.
• Must participate actively in the brainstorming sessions and processes.
• Participate in meetings as and when required for specific projects.
• Follow through the projects from beginning to the end ensuring the highest quality standards.

Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in the event, interior design or exhibi- tion industries.
• Proficient in Studio Max, Photoshop CS3, Adobe Illustrator and AutoCAD.
• Creative individual with good design flair.
• Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Design with Customer support innovative package based on PEP technologies for Semiconductor Power Applications using IGBT, GaN, SiC and Si Mosfet devices with device driver integration where reasonable
• Perform design rule checks (DRC) and edit data to comply with manufacturing guidelines. (DFM)
• Identify limitations of the design and suggest improvements to meet DFM for new products. Provide feedback on process critical dimensions and product features.
• Itemize and correspond to design Issues with customers.
• Perform Package layout, identifying stackup specifications as appropriate and prepare designs for production
• Identify and lead any prototype work required in early design stage to verify use of new technology or concepts in product or process design to reduce risk and improve profitability.
• Recommend new design concepts and validate the concept feasibility using thermal/electrical modelling
• Perform package reliability test according to the Semi standard specifications to ensure and improve the package robustness according to the mission profile defined by the customer or by application.
• Follow the customer characterization and qualification of the power package
• Provide technical support to process engineers to evaluate and provide strategy for advanced processing / implementation of product packaging

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Good engineering foundation and technical knowledge
• PCB / Substrate manufacturing knowledge
• 2D and 3D design know-how ( AutoDesk preferred )
• Background on semiconductor packaging and assembly processes
• Knowledge with semiconductor power packaging assembly (interconnection, epoxy encapsulation, thermal dissipation, electrical impedance)
• Must be willing to travel both international and domestic as required to remote plants, facilities, customers or suppliers.
• Senior and Staff level with at least 5 years experience in related field.
