Job Summary:

To drive the people agenda in developing a competitive and fair total compensation and benefits (C&B) framework for the Organisation. To formulate and develop robust HR practices, policies and procedures.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

• Formulate C&B strategy and positioning for the Organisation, which includes constant revisions and enhancements to C&B offerings to meet the changing needs of the Organisation to support its growth and in alignment to statutory requirements.
• Roll out new and revised C&B initiatives. Work closely with Cluster/Service Heads, HR Service Partners and other stakeholders to ensure C&B initiatives are accurately operationalised on the ground.
• Lead HR projects on annual HR budget exercise, manpower projection, review of HRIS system, job evaluation and grading, sector salary benchmarking and periodic review of benefits providers like insurance brokers.
• Provide advice and guidance to Cluster/Service Heads, HR Service Partners and other stakeholders on budget and manpower planning, career pathways and performance management to maximize contribution and value add to the organization.
• Lead and drive the annual performance, salary and bonus reviews and processes. Engage and provide guidance to Cluster/Service Heads and HR Service Partners on annual performance management, review and setting of SMART Goals.
• Review and revise current HR practices, policies and processes to stay competitive within the sector.
• Oversee monthly payroll administration including advice to HR Service Partners on on-boarding and off-boarding payments and ad-hoc salary adjustments.
• Fulfill all statutory reporting requirements, including completion of surveys to government bodies and submission of manpower information for government fundings.
• Involve with adhoc HR projects and at times to take on the role of a HR Service Partner
• Perform HR due diligence for external and internal audits.

Essential Skills & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 10 years professional compensation and benefits experience with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll.
• Strong in C&B with general knowledge of overall HR functions.
• Well-versed in local employment laws and regulations.
• Be proactive to review and recommend sound policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reward frameworks, principles and concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Advanced Excel skills and great PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Familiar with HRIS systems.
• Clear and concise writing skills required to formulate HR policies.

The successful candidate will:

1. Support in enhancements for whole-of-government ICT risk management policies, processes and platform
2. Manage risk data by performing quality checks, analysing data sets for management insights
3. Promptly address agency queries and issues on the ICT risk management platform and related policies and processes
4. Provide staffing support (e.g. scheduling of meetings, manage queries, document minutes and action items etc.)
5. Enhance training and other materials in ICT risk management, document case studies and good practices
6. Conduct external scans of methodologies and case studies and provide analysis on their applicability.
7. Support the tracking and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators as part of the organization's ERM framework.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years relevant experience in ICT cybersecurity, data security, project or related governance, risk or compliance management
2. Public sector ICT experience is preferred.
3. Prior experience in conducting ICT cybersecurity, data security and/or project risk assessments is preferred
4. Relevant experience in data visualisation and analytics.
5. Prior experience working in collaborative cross-agency/functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
6. Strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong data analysis skills
8. Familiarity with using a governance, risk & compliance (GRC) platform
9. Meticulous with an eye for detail.

Job Purpose:

As a Digital and Social Media Associate Specialist, your primary role is to lead strategic digital and social media campaigns and influencer engagements for Directions Group Inc. and its brand partners in the region. Your role involves developing and executing innovative strategies that leverage digital and social media channels to effectively communicate with the target audience, cultivate interactions and deliver impactful narratives or experiences that elevate the visibility and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy & Management: Craft and implement creative digital and social media campaign strategies for brand partners, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and optimization for specific campaign goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities include influencer identification and outreach, campaign planning and execution, content collaboration, gifting, dressing, event invitation and hosting as well as monitoring performance through social media analytics to provide insights and recommendations.
• Social Media Channel Management: Manage agency and/or brand partners’ social media channels, including content strategy, creation, scheduling, community engagement, advertising, audience growth & acquisition, social listening and monitoring, data analysis and reporting. Ensure consistent brand messaging, engagement, and optimisation of communication efforts across all social media channels.
• Influencer Marketing: Foster strong relationships with influencers to drive continuous content and engagements that enhance brand visibility. Oversee all phases of influencer marketing initiatives, from discovery to engagement management.
• Digital Experiences: Collaborate with creative & content team to craft compelling digital narrative and/or experiences that resonate with target audiences. This may encompass interactive content, immersive brand experiences, website optimization, and digital storytelling to enhance brand perception, engagement, and audience connection.

Other Marketing Support:

• Strategic Collaboration: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and solutions for marketing campaign or pitch proposals. Assist in end-to-end marketing strategy planning and execution, including competitive research, audience identification, messaging, consumer journey design, creative ideation as well as content creation and delivery.
• Design and Media Production: Support basic design and media production work, including videography, photography, and copywriting for digital or social media content and marketing collaterals.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of digital and social media developments, share insights, and identify new opportunities for innovation with the team.
• Operational Support: Assist in daily operations within the Digital and Marketing Communications divisions including organising digital assets, managing samples, coordinating personality dressings and product seedings, monitoring social media, managing event invitations and logistics, hosting presentations, maintaining databases, etc.
• Cross Functional Support: Provide support for other marketing projects and events organized by the agency whenever necessary.

Requirements:
