Responsibilities
- Partner with Company’s compensation team to develop, implement, and manage the company’s compensation strategy and specific pay frameworks, so that they align with the company’s business goals and ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
- Oversee all aspects of compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and other incentives.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry compensation trends and to ensure the company’s ability to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
- Manage ongoing employee compensation programs including annual compensation reviews, promotion cycles, and bonus programs in the region.
- Provide thought leadership on compensation designs, work with sales organizations on sales compensation designs, establish competitive pay targets for sales roles, and ensure compensation governance of sales incentive payouts.
- Work with the global mobility team to support the design and updating of destination benefits.
- Partner with the legal team to ensure that all compensation practices adhere to local and international labor laws, regulations, and government requirements.
- Support special recognition programs that recognize top talents.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to educate employees about their compensation to ensure transparency and understanding.
- Work closely with finance, recruiting, and HRBPs as needed on all aspects of compensation and benefits.
Skills and Capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or other related field required.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective compensation strategies in a fast growing and multi-country environment.
- Must be highly organized with excellent attention to detail relating to data accuracy, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Strong understanding of global compensation principles, regulations, and market trends.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and draw conclusions from data.
- Highly developed collaboration skills.
- Awareness of the importance of maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with, and present information to, internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a deadline-oriented team environment.
- Ability to be discrete and maintain the highest standard of confidentiality.
