Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Payroll Officer to join our team. The Human Resources & Payroll Officer is a vital role that ensures the smooth running of an organization's employee compensation and recordkeeping. This position combines responsibilities from both HR and payroll domains, making it ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of administrative tasks and a knack for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

• Collect timesheets and attendance data.
• Calculate salaries, wages, bonuses, and allowances.
• Process payroll taxes and deductions.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments through direct deposit or checks.
• Generate payslips and distribute them to employees.
• Maintain payroll records and reports.

Human Resources Functions:

• Assist with onboarding new hires by collecting and processing their information.
• Maintain employee relations by addressing inquiries about compensation, benefits, and tax withholdings.
• Update employee information in the HR system (e.g., address changes, emergency contacts).
• Prepare reports on HR-related data (e.g., leave, absenteeism)

Compliance:

• Stay updated on employment and tax laws to ensure adherence during payroll processing.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data following privacy regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in Human Resources or related field (e.g., Business Administration).
• At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or payroll processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional desirable skills:

• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS).
• Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Plan and arrange meetings with clients for business meetings and site visits.

Promote and Market companys sales target .

Maintain good relationships standards with customers.

Able to prepare invoice and quotations .

Computer literate in Microsoft Word/Excel/ Powerpoints, and others if any.

Handle Customer Complaints and feedbacks.

Ability to do on-site inspection and guidance to landscape workers.

To maintain market awareness to ensure sales opportunities are maximised.

Develop, implement and control effective Sales Plans in all target markets.

Participate in identifying and implementing marketing strategies.

With relevant working experience in the construction landscaping industry

Able to work staggered hours and overtime when needed.

Able to work in hot enviorment.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in related field under landscaping, civil or construction engineering field

Outgoing, enthusiastic and energetic

Motivated, target driven and sales oriented

Good interpersonal skills
