Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to companies (demand) in targeted industries to participate in outreach and engagement activities
• Support in curation and setting up of showcases and demo to support outreach and engagement activities.
• Undertake horizon scanning, research and analyses in emerging tech development
• Undertake feedback gathering and surveys with targeted stakeholders in support of programme and product development.
• Develop use case and comms decks for industry engagements across various industries and tech domains, supervised/guided by team.
• Provide relevant admin and logistics support for relevant activities.

Key Requirements:

• Only Singaporean.
• Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communication/ Information Technology/ Computer Science or any related field.

Our client is in the Oil & Gas industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Accounts Executive to join their Team, in hopes of developing their current high performing team. They are located at West – Easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare audit schedule and full set of statutory financial statements.
• Liaise with auditors and tax advisors on accounting matters.
• Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation.
• Review AP and AR aging to ensure accuracy between Sub ledger and Ledger.
• Prepare withholding tax payments.
• Verify and tag fixed assets; handle capitalization and disposals.
• Assist the controller with annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare and submit weekly cash forecasts.
• Perform year-end stock take and inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare Concur claims and send to DXC for payment and journal posting.
• Prepare all journal entries, including payroll, bonus provisions, and accruals.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Management, or Professional Certificate.
• 3-5 years of working experience in accounting, preferably in an MNC environment.
• Knowledge of SAP and Treasury functions preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Familiarity with Malaysian local accounting and tax laws preferred.
