You will work in Memorial Facilities and Planning Division within the Public Health Services and Capabilities Group and assist the section to provide after-death care services at government cemetery and crematorium office.

[What you will be working on]

• Carry out preparatory works, such as ground survey, verify documents, plot layout plan and clean up burial records of the affected graves prior to physical exhumation
• Carry out site inspections at the cemetery and columbarium grounds
• Manage registered exhumation and niche contractors and other parties involved in exhumation related projects
• Participate in other operational work (Qing Ming operations, 7th month and other festivals operations, etc.) at the CCK Cemetery complex
• Attend to public feedback and enquiries, including handling difficult customers and putting up recommendations to challenging cases
• Track and monitor ground situations, including statistics collation and reports preparation
• Develop and review work process, and put in place systems to ensure efficient operations with no errors
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

Job Title: Management Trainee / Restaurant Manager (ID4623)

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the front-of-house team to provide a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for all guests.
• Recruit, train, and manage a dynamic front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff.
• Set and maintain impeccable service standards, ensuring that guests receive prompt, attentive, and personalized service.
• Oversee the reservation system and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
• Foster clear and effective communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in front-of-house management or a related hospitality leadership role for a minimum of 3 – 5 years
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including service standards, reservations, and guest relations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Undertake data management and verification in accordance to the requirements of COMIT.

· In-charge of timely data collation and quarterly report submission, as well as generate reports, in accordance to the requirements of COMIT programme.

· Assist in documentation and tracking of key performance indicators and targets.

· Provide administrative or logistical support to the team in running client-related support and/or other COMIT activities.

· Liaise with relevant organizations and healthcare providers to coordinate referrals for COMIT Programme.

· Organizes the logistics &/or resources to ensure the smooth running of COMIT activities and services.

· Provide secretariat support for workgroup meetings and presentations.

· Assist in coordinating and planning outreach and engagement events with other community partners and agencies.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

· Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in project management.

· Able to work independently and deliver in a timely manner.

· Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Task driven team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular, Microsoft Excel.

· Experience in community and/or healthcare settings would be advantageous.
