Primary Objectives;

• To grow and boost Treasury’s Revenue and Franchise growth
• Networking with Correspondent Banks to identify business opportunities, and to promote cross referral businesses.

Key Responsibilities;

FI Relationship Management

• Manage FI Relationship & promote Treasury products & cross referral business to gain incremental revenue income

• Conduct meetings and discuss with FI/NBFI relationship managers for prospective business opportunities
• Establish close relationship and improve counterparty networking to obtain sufficient Treasury lines
• To provide new FI products/solutions for Treasury/Branch
• To liaise with GFI in establishment of RMA/banking lines
• Manage issues relating to FATCA CRS, Audit & Compliance

Financial Perspective

• Explore and market to banks globally to setup partnership to boost Treasury and HO’s business opportunities
• Cross sell of existing Treasury/FI Products to generate and increase revenue
• Identify opportunities with agent banks to target business growth
• Support the Department/Division Head in the delivery of banking services to meet the Department/Division’s revenue targets. 

FI Support and Advisory

• Provide support /advisory role Treasury and Branch on queries relating to international FI business
• Provide FI solutions and support from agent banks for their international payment, trade and treasury support requirements

Customers / Client Coverage

• Build and maintain effective relationships with correspondent banks/NBFIs to understand their needs in order to provide a high quality of service.
• Build new relationships and identify new target markets to grow Treasury and GFI’s services/products
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both internally and externally
• Negotiate with correspondent banks on matters with regards to services fees and pricing, as well as seek solutions to finalize new/potential business transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop tender strategies and handle tender estimation, including quantity take-off and cost estimation.
• Prepare tender submissions, including qualification and quantification documents.
• Coordinate all parties to ensure accurate project analysis and prepare final submission documentation.
• Conduct tender exercises for sub-contracting, including evaluation and contract awards.
• Prepare development plans for clients, aligning with the Master Industry Plan (knowledge of industry trends and Design & Build Tender is preferred).
• Present tender submission proposals to management.
• Present submission proposals to potential clients/consultants and excel in negotiation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the related field.
• Preferably with experience working for an A1 Main contractor.
• Proficiency in GeBIZ or other e-procurement systems is a plus.

The Executive (Training & Accreditation) supports in the development, coordination and delivery of training programmes for industry capability building. He/she is responsible for liaising with external training providers and relevant stakeholders, updating and maintaining training record and database, and responding to participant enquiries. What a Director, Management Consultant, Visa Consulting & Analytics for Regional Southeast Asia does at Visa:

We are looking for an individual to join us as a Strategy SME in Visa Consulting and Analytics practice lead for Regional SEA team based in Singapore. This individual will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for payments strategy consulting across regional cluster comprising of Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia (IPVMC) working with the respective VCA Market leads. The Director will be responsible for significant components of client consulting engagements, and in some cases leading end-to-end delivery of these engagements, within the Strategy practice vertical. Typically, this will involve the Director interacting with the client team, gathering and managing project inputs, analyzing data to form conclusions and recommendations, developing and presenting compelling project reports and working with clients on executing recommendations.
