MAIN PURPOSE

The incumbent will support the overall business, financial & supply chain management process by rigorous management of the demand signals and order fulfilment for the business. · Lead & implement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in the demand & supply planning processes.

· Work closely with Global Supply to ensure optimal supply flow plan and optimal inventory level for key and critical SKUs.

· Collaborate with Global Supply on the process flow and management for phase in/phase out and innovation SKUs.

· Ensure best practices across affiliates for reporting analytics to correct forecast bias and improve consistency in attainment.

· Conduct historical sales trend analysis at Regional level to establish key demand drivers and collaborate with Regional Brands and markets to ensure we deliver an unbiased forecast for the entire planning horizon.

· Lead the capability building for multi-functional teams on S&OP, supply chain lead time and demand planning/forecasting processes leading to a step change on the quality of demand inputs coming into S&OP reviews.

REQUIREMENTS

· Degree / Diploma in relevant discipline or at least 10 years of equivalent work experience.

· Min 3 years of supervisory experience with Strong leadership qualities

The role:

Brand and Marketing Manager is someone who is driven and motivated by opportunity to create, manage and develop a brand. As a key member of the management team, he/she will be reporting and working closely with the Executive Director directly. • Brand Development: Develop brand guidelines and design new brand retail experience and product portfolio enhancements.

Requirements

• 6 – 10 years’ experience in brand or product marketing and/or business development preferably in the F&B, FMCG, retail or hospitality industries, (ideally in the B2C Retail space).
• Degree in Business/Marketing/ from a recognised university.
• Exceptional knowledge in marketing disciplines, specifically in market positioning, customer and business segmentation, go-to-market strategies, and brand management.
• Exceptional knowledge and passion in Branding, specifically the ability to create a brand identity for the brand (lead external agencies / internal resources independently once direction has been set).
