Position Agenda:
As the Sales Executive, you play a critical role in shaping the image and success of our organization. Your responsibilities encompass developing and executing sales strategies that promote our brand portfolio across various channels, both online and offline. Your expertise in marketing, creativity, and leadership skills will be essential in maintaining and growing our presence in the retail market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, plan and manage omnichannel marketing calendar to drive overall revenue, marketing calendar.
- Financial budgeting for digital marketing, retail marketing and PR activities, ensuring a profitable and sustainable business
- CRM Savvy, know how to drive consumer data collection, recruit the right target audience.
- Grow the sales of the assigned portfolio
- To be able to plan and analyze social media channels,SEM, CRM data to optimize media buys and campaign spend
- Have a creative eye on what the brand stands for, work with the creative team to produce content and artwork for social media platforms, eDMs, online and offline Ad campaigns
- Create in-store and out-of-store events and campaign launches
- Plan and execute branding activities e.g. product seeding for media, KOLs and influencers, press events
- Copywrite, edit and proof-read marketing materials in both English and/or Mandarin.
- Coordinate with brand HQ on the development of marketing assets to be implemented in-store, such as signages, catalogues, brochures etc.
- Post evaluation analysis of all events, campaigns, promotions and collaborations
- Manage agencies to ensure high level of campaign effectiveness
- Ensure proper implementation of campaigns that are in line with company's guidelines
- Assist to strategize and respond to marketing initiatives and campaigns requested by landlords, franchisees and subsidiaries around the world.
- Assist to respond in a timely manner to partnership and collaboration requests and assess them in order to drive both revenue and brand awareness through tie-ups, collaborations, product placements, sponsorships, events, etc. This includes outreach, contract execution and seeing through deliverables
- Marketing analytics & reporting
Requirements:
- Masters/Bachelor's degree/Diploma or equivalent in Business and Marketing
- 1 years of experience in marketing brands.
- Good leadership and people management capabilities; provide clear direction to the team
- Creative thinker, possess learning agility, able to work under a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
