Civil Engineer Job Descriptions:

• Supervise and checking of all subcon and internal team, to ensure carried out in accordance to contractual specifications, quality standards, statutory compliance & client's requirements and safety.
• Assist Project Manager in all project matters, on-site technical/ engineering matters and authority submissions.
• Cooperate with site supervisor for all project and technical matters.
• Preparation of project weekly & monthly report, master schedule, micro task program, method of statement, construction sequence, hoisting plan, safe work procedure, risk assessment, any other technical documents.
• Co-ordinate works with Clients / Sub Contractors / Suppliers / Consultants.
• Plan & track the project progress, all site works, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages of all aligning with the project completion timeline.
• Technical expertise and knowledge in foundation, structural and building and steel works
• Other adhoc duties by Management assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 3-5 years civil engineering project management / building construction in construction industry
• Excellent leadership, time management, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Organized, meticulous with positive work attitude.

Job Purpose

Provide scientific / technical support for lab equipment validation / revalidation and requalification activities including computerized systems performed in compliance to cGMPs, SOPs and applicable guidelines and normatives, with continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.


Major Accountabilities

Validation – draft, execution and review of protocol / report

Development validation protocols from Validation Plans.
Perform lab equipment including computerized systems validations, revalidations, requalifications, and on-site projects. Liaising with all the relevant parties cross functionally to ensure accurate and timely execution.
Author summary reports and ensure that are technically correct and comply with internal and external requirements.
Perform Lab Equipment Validation Maintenance Review and re-qualification activities to ensure GMP equipment is continuously maintained in a validated state.
Support with decommissioning of the lab equipment.
Perform investigations to the discrepancies during validation and qualification / re-qualifications, if any.
Participate in the coordination of efforts of multi-disciplined project team on the writing, performance, documentation and approvals of validation lifecycle documentations.
Participate in review of Vendor Validation Protocols / Reports including discrepancies investigation / closure
Ensure approval of validation documentation on a timely basis.
Ensure protocols are executed as intended according to the study plan/approach.
Assure high scientific quality of all studies and that they are carried out in a safe manner.


Requirements

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing and cGMP environment. In depth knowledge of cGMPs and validation.
Familiarity with Regulatory requirements and local Codes & Standards (e.g.FDA, EMEA,GAMP and ICHQ7)
Significant experience within the biotech industry, preferably directly with Lab Equipment Qualification (LEQ) experience.
Experience in a GMP facility, with strong knowledge of GMP regulations.
Hands on working experience on Validation and QA experience is preferred.
Working experience with validation procedures.
Must be able to effectively multi-task and work independently, project management skills highly desired.
Strong communication skills and self-motivated.

This position is responsible for providing technical and IT support to the business units. The role included implementation, configuration and deployment of IT and security system.

• Consult with clients, vendors and personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and resolve issues.
• Administer and setup network data security, include Active Directory, group policy, password policy, audit trail log, firewalls, antivirus update, window hardening and security event log backup, etc.
• Able to read and understand system audit trail report and act to fix the problems.
• Prepare reports for purposes of planning preventive works, stock spare list, meeting minutes, cyber security report and daily works job sheet, etc.
• Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.
• Install and configure wireless networking equipment.
• Install and configure AT managed network switch, include VLAN configuration, trunk, Port management, POE power setting, CLE configuration, and IP routing.
• Configuration of IGMP Multicast streams and UDP and TCP/IP.
• Install and configure the Microsoft OS. VMware, Microsoft Clustering and Server Security Hardening. Provide monthly Microsoft Window Server/workstations OS backup and restoring. Clone the image of harddisk and to recover the system from backup harddisk when system failed using Acronis or other tools.
• Update Microsoft Window patch using online tools and offline patch update. (Microsoft baseline)
• Configure of SQL and manage of database include database repair, backup and restore.
• Understanding of cyber security, prevention, implementation according to IM 8 Singapore Infocom guide.
• Install and configure raid 1, raid 5, raid 6 and harddisk format. Recover any harddisk failure using disk management tools.
• Install and configure of SNMP and NTP. Able to use tools such as Netgain and master clock for devices monitoring and time sync.
• Create, analyze, report, convert, or transfer data, using specialized applications program software.
• Provide implementation, configuration, deployment, and support of systems, including, but not limited to client computing devices and servers.
• Provide training to new engineers and other training sessions as required.
• Able to coordinate, log cases and assist with other system specialist when they issue with their systems.
• To support CCTV and card access software installation, integration, and configuration.
• To troubleshoot VMS and ISMS application, software, and servers’ issues.
• Assist Project Managers and Engineers to prepare systems related diagram for the project implementation.
• Ensure systems design conforms to contract and technical requirements.
• Engage with back line support and/or with vendor’s support to diagnose and rectify technical problems to effectively resolve project implementation issues. Attend to preventive and corrective maintenance to backend system.
• Will be required to be on 24/7 standby
• Strong commitment to meeting customer’s SLA
• Reporting to Technical Manager.
• Responsible for the smooth operation of backend equipment and handles the technical aspect with regards to the backend system include overall network and switches at Securitas office/SOC and customers sites.
