Operational

• Manage daily operations and events.

Job Description:

• Lead and manage a team of production bakers and ensure production targets, portion sizing, product quality and specifications are reached within their area of supervision
• Manage daily production schedule and daily production plan
• Formulate new food production standards and SOPs as required
• Maintain and upkeep production quality
• Responsible for overall training and development of the pastry team

Job requirements:

• At least 5 years experience in the pastry and baking industry.
• Have strong leadership skills, decision-making skills, and time-management skills
• Needs to operate in a set-up similar to a food production environment and may be required to work day/night shifts
