-Generate solution design, project document and Bill of Material for customer

-Conduct in-house evaluation and Proof of Concept trial with stakeholders

-Liaison with principal vendors to understand their products, solution and pricing

-Assist the project engineers during Technical Project implementation and conduct

of training

-Handle system administration, network support, implementation, troubleshooting

in Windows / Linux

-Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose network problems

-Upgrade network hardware and software components as required, while ensuring

adherence to Cybersecurity Act, Cybersecurity Code of Practice(CCOP)

-Expected to address any ad hoc activities when needed by the technical team

-Document functional requirements/specifications documents for all the necessary

-systems pertaining the network designed or implemented and the necessary

routing

-Be familiar with latest Networking trends and solutions available in the market

-Undertaking Vendor Certifications as required by company to maintain partnership status

Requirements

-Bachelor Degree or Diploma in computer science or related technical discipline

-At least 3-5 years’ experience in network design and planning

-Very comfortable Familiar with Microsoft Windows and in LINUX operating

environment (Ubuntu, Red Hat, etc)

-Min. 3 years experience in complex project implementations;

-Strong understanding of cyber security, cryptography, security protocol, network

security, TCP/IP networking.

-Strong understanding of Risk Management, Disaster Recovery, Business

Continuity and IT Regulatory Compliance

-Experience in architecting or deploying Virtualization solutions for enterprises

would be advantageous

-Understanding the on-premise/hybrid and cloud networking model

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

-Hands on experience in installing hardware such as servers, network switch,

cables, hubs, routers, and setting up required software environment/applications

-Solid CCTV and Audio/Video knowledge and experience

-Experience with IP communication technology such as IP PBX, video conference

and network management system

-Possess certifications like CCNP Routing & Switching, CCNP Wireless, CISSP or

-equivalent on Networking and Security technologies would be an added advantage.

• Overall, in-charge of the terminal operations to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Responsible for the department's resources and budget to meet the company's objectives.
• Display all-aspect service excellence by elevating the organisational behaviour, culture and thinking in service design, planning, execution and follow-up on operational matters.
• Create ideas to develop the annual and long-term business plans, forecast performance and develop business case for new projects and estimate financial and resources required to deliver performance targets.
• Monitor and evaluate operations on site are carried out in accordance with safety, health, environment and loss preventive policies, rules, regulations and according to company’s standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in any relevant engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of terminal operations experience in Oil & Gas/Chemical Process Plant.
• Strong knowledge in operational process, safety and product knowledge.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.

• Conducting and attend P&ID design review, HAZOP (Hazard and operability study), SIL (Safety integrity level) and 3D model reviews
• Review engineering deliverables from detailed engineering consultant / equipment vendors
• Monitoring, reporting ad driving engineering proces
• Monitors and drive the closing out of punch lists after design review/ HAZOP
• Supports construction team during construction phase and carry out site checks
• Supports commissioning team during plant or sub-system start-up

Requirements

• Msc / Degree in Marine / Mechanical / Shipbuilding Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in EPC Offshore / Shipbuilding / Shipyards sector
• Able to work in west of Singapore (Tuas)
• Able to take up 2 year contract role with the possibility to renew thereafter ( 1 month bonus / year )
