The Access & Identity Management (AIM) team is a critical component of Global Information Security and is responsible for controlling and maintaining secure access across the technology estate. · Experience in Exchange administration Exchange Admin Center (both ECP, EAC): creating and maintaining mailboxes, distribution lists, contacts and public folders.

· Knowledge of enterprise-level Identity Management systems (e.g. SailPoint IdentityIQ, Okta).

· Experience administering 2FA remote access solutions (e.g RSA, Duo, etc)

The successful incumbent will be a part of the professional team that serve to uphold proper procurement governance and providing support in the areas of procurement, administrative and IT coordination to the organization.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing

• Perform timely execution of procurement activities (sourcing, tendering, seeking purchasing approvals)
• Conduct sourcing and market sensing activities
• Draft procurement documents (ITQ, ITT, Submission Report, etc) for review
• Ensure the whole purchase request to contract award is timely followed through
• Prepare pricing summaries and cost analysis to relevant stakeholders and evaluation committee
• Ensure proper documentations and approvals are obtained and filed in proper order
• Creation of Period Contracts in ERP system for all requesting departments
