• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales processes, including corporate, group, and event sales.
• Proficiency in sales management software (e.g., Salesforce, Opera).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
