· Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align fundraising goals with organizational objectives.
· Provide strategic input on fundraising initiatives and contribute to the development of long-term donor relations plans.
· Mentor and guide a team of fundraising professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
· Research and identify innovative funding sources, major gifts, and strategic partnerships.
· Prepare and present detailed reports on fundraising performance to the executive team and board of directors.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is highly desirable.
· Extensive experience in executive-level fundraising, donor management, and relationship management.
· Proven success in securing major gifts and managing high-profile donor relationships.
