Your main duties are as follows:

• Draw up client bookings for tables and ensure that tables are set before clients' arrival
• Manage the front desk by receiving incoming calls, greeting and attending to customers

The Executive will support the Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) department of SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH) in matters relating to the following areas:

You will provide support in reporting data for the various scorecards and work with respective clinical services to track IPC performance indicators.
