Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory & Facility Manager to oversee our operations in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering with at least 5-10 years of relevant experience in similar role.

Responsibilites:

(Factory Manager duties)

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the factory, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes, including production lines, quality control and inventory management
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and company objectives.
• Manage and lead a team of engineers, ensuring a safe and productive work environment, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor production output and quality, taking corrective actions when necessary
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Prepare and submit reports to management
• Coordinate with various departments like HR admin, logistics, and quality control
• Enforce company policies and labour laws

(Facility Manager duties)

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Overseeing the maintenance and repair of the factory, equipment and systems
• Maintaining a clean and functional work environment by managing cleaning services and waste disposal
• Optimizing the use of space within factory to ensure it meets the needs of production processes and employees

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a factory & facility management role
• Experience in Automation & 3D printing will be a Plus point!
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with production planning and scheduling
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Fluency in English and Malay languages
