• Conduct site supervision on Environmental Management & Monitoring Plan.

• Good technical skills and understanding of construction activities supported with good report writing and communication skills
• this is a site position, potential candidate will attach to the construction site as require by the company.
• Training will be provided to manage the environmental activities.
• Candidate may be assigned to carry out other assignment for the successful delivery of the project.

About the job

• Attend walk in customers’ enquiries
• Provide excellent customer service on shop floor, perform cashiering duties
• Demonstrate and promote range of products to customers
• Provide professional and personalised advice to customers in product selection
• Work with clients on project-based solutions
• Coordinate with client on installations
• Achieve and exceed sales target of the store
• Up-sell products to customers
• Assist in changing displays when required
• Maintain store appearance, merchandise and display products to ensure a prestigious and presentable look in accordance with marketing standards
• Attend sales and company meetings when needed
• Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Possess minimum 2 years of working experience in luxury retail and/or high-end interior furnishing
• Possess a cheerful and outgoing personality with a high level of self-motivation

Responsibilities:

• Order ingredients in the correct quantities.
• Scheduling of staff.
• Ensure the operations run smoothly.
• Enforcing discipline and motivating the team
• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

Requirements:

• Professional qualification in Food & Beverage services or equivalent.
• Experience working in the restaurant industry.
