Responsibilities

• Lead EHS department.

• Develop, review, revise, maintain and implement EHS Management System.

• Ensure legal compliance as per statutory requirements.

• Conduct regular EHS inspections and audits.

• Manage contractor from the EHS perspective.

• To investigate all incidents on the work site and implement correction actions.

• Review and revise all risk assessments to ensure compliance.

• Able to drive EHS culture in the company

• Conduct routine checks on general safety practices and propose corrective actions and measures to be taken.

• Ensure adequacy, effectiveness and readiness of fire protection system and Emergency Response Team management system for Office and Factory.

• Ensure inspection and review of all project sites activities and operation and alert relevant Section Head of any machinery, equipment, appliance, activity or process used in each department that exposes any person to the risk of bodily injury, and to recommend appropriate corrective measures.

• Promote safe and healthy working conditions through education, awareness campaigns, training courses, drills, competitions, contests and other activities.

• Liaise with statutory bodies on EHSS-related licenses and permits and keep updated on the latest change in regulations and Acts and be conversant with all waste management regulations, procedures and licensing requirements.

• Conduct fire and safety training to employees.

• Constant update to management of EHSS performance and the continual improvement plan.

• Liaise with 3rd party security service provider and ensure the appropriateness and effectiveness of services rendered to organization.

• Constant plan-do-check-act on the related EHSS matter of plant's Environmental, Health and Safety Management System and ensure continual improvement/upgrading of the system.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant Qualification in Workplace, Safety and Health with 8 years relevant working experience in Construction Engineering Industry.

• Strong technical competency, good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and target oriented in a stressful environment.

• Ability to interact effectively with colleagues in other business units.

Job Description

Menu Development and Recipe Creation: Develop a menu featuring various types of middle eastern dishes and desserts, including traditional recipes as well as innovative variations. - Create unique flavor profiles by experimenting with different ingredients and seasonings while staying true to the authentic taste of the dishes

Food Preparation and Cooking: Oversee the preparation and cooking of most importantly shawarma dishes, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation. Train kitchen staff on the proper techniques for preparing the shawarma

Quality Control: Taste and inspect dishes before they are served to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards for flavor, texture, and visual appeal. Monitor the freshness and quality of ingredients, including meat, bread and spices etc and ensure proper storage and handling procedures are followed.

Kitchen Management: Manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, and delegate tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, following food safety regulations and guidelines. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies and place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.

Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with customers to gather feedback on the dishes and make adjustments to the menu or preparation techniques based on their preferences. Handle any customer complaints or concerns regarding the quality or presentation of the dishes promptly and professionally.

Cost Control and Budgeting: Work closely with the restaurant management team to develop and manage the kitchen budget, including food costs and labor expenses specific to shawarma and other dishes. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on the quality or authenticity of the dishes.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on current trends and innovations with new ingredients and flavor combinations. Continuously strive to innovate and improve menu offerings to keep the restaurant competitive in the market and attract new customers.

In this dual role, you will serve as an internal consultant for Dynamics NAV 2018, optimizing its capabilities to align with our organizational objectives. Simultaneously, you will oversee traditional IT responsibilities, ensuring seamless operations and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP System Consultation:

- Utilize expertise in Dynamics NAV 2018 to customize and optimize the system.

- Collaborate with Finance to extract and manage relevant data.

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for users to enhance ERP utilization.

- Act as a liaison between IT and Finance for seamless data integration.

Project Management:

- Oversee IT projects to align with organizational objectives.

- Maintain project timelines and provide proactive updates to the Head of IT.

- Develop training materials and documentation for projects.

- Ensure meticulous documentation and filing post-project completion.

IT Infrastructure Management:

- Ensure stability in the server room cooling system.

- Oversee hardware and software upgrades and installations.

- Troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, servers, and peripherals.

- Escalate critical issues to the principal entity.

Network Security:

- Implement and manage network security measures.

- Ensure antivirus protection on all servers and endpoints.

- Monitor and restrict external devices without updated antivirus from connecting.

Backup and Data Management:

- Manage backup software and data integrity.

- Perform daily checks on backup data and escalate issues promptly.

- Maintain a secure backup copy of SQL Database.

Document Management:

- Oversee IT document management, including contracts, NDAs, quotations, and invoices.

- Ensure timely submission of payment processes to Accounts Payable.

Monthly Reporting and Updates:

- Prepare and present IT reports in monthly departmental meetings.

- Provide fortnightly updates on IT activities.

Onboarding and IT Training:
