Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform analytical testing and experiments on food products, ingredients, and raw materials to ensure quality and compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret results and make recommendations for product development and improvement.
• Maintain and operate laboratory equipment, ensuring all processes follow industry standards and company protocols.
• Record, analyze, and report data accurately, contributing to the continuous improvement of lab processes and results.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree or diploma in Science, Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.

• Strong analytical skills with experience conducting a variety of tests and experiments.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment, techniques, and safety protocols.

Job Description:

· You will focus on applying your Qualitative experience to train bank staff on core Qualitative research skills, artifacts and processes.

· The training covers all 6 markets in APAC countries and collaborate with cross functional teams in implementing the training.

· Additionally, the role involves support for Research Ops.

· Manage the end-to-end process for qualitative research training course, including onboarding, facilitating workshops, and ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
