Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven ICT Sales & Services Professional with a strong understanding of the ICT and Digital Service Provider (DSP) sectors. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in sales and experience with JP1 and Hitachi middleware solutions within the Japanese market. Exceptional relationship-building skills are essential, particularly in cultivating partnerships with channel partners, and a collaborative approach to driving business growth is a key requirement.
Job Duties:
- Contribute to sustaining and advancing the ICT/DSP business by leveraging sales expertise, particularly in JP1, with a focus on managing channel partners.
- Share insights and expertise regarding the JP1 partner business in Japan with the ICT/DSP team, supporting business. Emphasize strategies for leveraging the strengths of each partner in the JP1 business.
- Provide valuable insights and expertise on the JP1 partner business in Japan to the ICT/DSP team, aiding in business continuity. Highlight strategies for maximizing the strengths of each partner within the JP1 business.
- Collaborate with the ICT/DSP JP1 team to leverage sales knowledge and experience, including areas such as presentations, proposals, negotiations, and relationship building.
- Offer valuable insights and expertise on the JP1 partner business in Japan to the ICT/DSP team, helping ensure business continuity.
- Stay informed about market trends and IT solution needs in the ASEAN region, particularly within ITOM, and contribute insights for future career development and global business expansion.
- As an ICT sales and services professional, promote and sell hardware, software, telecommunications, and ICT services.
- Provide detailed product information to clients, demonstrating the features and benefits of ICT solutions.
- Identify sales opportunities by sourcing new customers and manage the end-to-end delivery process of products to clients.
- Understand and integrate local business practices, cultural differences, and market dynamics to support successful business operations in international settings.
Key Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in selling business solutions within Japan. At least 6 months of experience in business development, particularly in biometric authentication technology.
- Proven track record in account management, specifically overseeing partners and managing prospect customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in relationship building with both customers and partners.
- Experience in co-creation and collaboration with partners to drive business growth.
- Expertise in business development for biometric authentication solutions, including proposals for applications like payment systems, check-ins, two-factor authentication, royalty programs, and IT infrastructures.
- Advanced proficiency in both English and Japanese, with the ability to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking clients and partners.
- A strong customer service orientation with a genuine commitment to helping clients succeed and achieving their business objectives.
