We have an opportunity to invite a Payment-talent to join our exciting growth journey as a Risk & Compliance Executive (Fintech Payment). The person will be based in Singapore but has responsibilities across all businesses.
Responsibilities:
● Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
- Conduct periodic CDD screening on the entire customer base and sample check CDD
screening on new customers.
- Perform EDD on high-risk customers.
- Update sanction lists.
● Transaction Monitoring
- Generate routine MIS reports.
- Keep a suspicious / high risk client list flagged for close monitoring.
- Initial investigation on suspicious transactions
● Chargeback
- To advice/process Chargeback
● Compliance Support
- Follow Internal Audit Action Plan and other management instructions to complete
compliance tasks in a timely manner.
Requirements:
● Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Management or other relevant
disciplines
● 2+ years work experience in financial industry or a Fintech
● Experience in risk-based approach, AML/KYC and transaction monitoring.
● Sound knowledge of Cards schemes dispute rules
● Posses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to think objectively when
analyzing issues.
● Knowledge in the Payment Services Act 2019 and the related guidelines and notices is
a plus.
● Meticulous with an eye for details and quality mindset
● Detail oriented, motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent verbal and writing skills in English with strong communications skills.
● Proficient in the use of Microsoft Ofiice,Excel, Word & Powerpoint
● Resourcefulness
● Ability to take ownership, work independently yet still be team-oriented.
● Ensure that the Company Policies, guidelines, operations control & Compliance
requirements are strictly adhered to.
● Effective interpersonal skills
● Good understanding of payment services
● Mature and with the gravitas to help management instill a strong compliance culture.
● Professional mannerism and proactive working attitude
● Keep abreast of local rules and regulations as well as industry’s best practices.
