Job Description

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement

• Improve on current SOPs by identifying loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures, conducting random checks on outlet’s compliance to SOP, and preparing audit reports.
• Support the F&B businesses which includes co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders, formulating project workplan and budget.
• Administer the POS system and other related systems.
• Partner with our different F&B business teams to develop a deep understanding of analytics needs and to define reporting, dashboarding, and data requirements.

You will be responsible for

• Reviews the work of subordinates to ensure that established procedures and policies are followed.

• Assists outlet staff as and when required.
• Conducts orientation for the new employees and part-timers as well as on the job training for the existing staff.

Requirements:

• 3 years of F&B experience, preferably in a Restaurant / Cafe setting
• Experience in the hotel industry is desirable but not essential
• Able to work on a shift rotation basis
• Passion for guest satisfaction

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in designing and delivering data governance and analytics related work
• Proficient in analysing, interpreting and visualising data using tools such as Power BI
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with social services is a plus
