We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Cantonese Roasted Meat Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our kitchen operations by performing essential tasks that contribute to the preparation of our delicious roast meats.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with washing and cleaning kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Marinate meats according to our recipes and standards.
• Clean and prepare poultry for cooking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the specified working hours.

Brief Summary

• Local-based logistics company to Defence, Government and Healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end accrual activities for AR
• Record and process all transactions
• Monitor GRIR and timely payment processing.
• Ensure billing completeness.
• Monitor collection of debts.
• Enter accurate data into the accounting system.

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC / A Levels in Business / Economics & below
• Entry level is welcome to apply
• Experience with using SAP is advantageous.
