2. Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests.

3. Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.

4. Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

5. Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

6. Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.

7. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.

8. Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as Installation and Services Technician

2. Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems

3. Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods

4. Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices

5. Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

6. Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime

8. Holding Driving License Class 3 (with actual driving experience)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation, corrective maintenance, and fault finding of all equipment and systems carried out by the company.

2. Attending to service calls, developing sales of security systems and equipment, quoting, and securing projects.

3. Coordinating and assisting with projects secured by the company.

4. Performing any other work assigned by the management consistent with the company's objectives.

Requirements:

* Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

* Strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Familiar with the Intercom System, Magnetic Door Access and Auto Gate System.

2) Familiar with Integration of License Plate Recognition (LPR), CCTV systems with barrier control,

gates, turnstiles, and other access control devices.

3) Familiar with Integration of CCTV connection to the command centre.

4) Able to install, configure, and test LPR cameras and software.

5) Able to troubleshoot and repair CCTV system issues.

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in CCTV / LPR / Intercom / Door and Gate Access control Devices
