Job Description & Requirements

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product design or a related role, preferably within blockchain or fintech.
• Hands on experience on virtual reality & AI technologies.
• Experience in Data driven promotional strategy.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Business level Mandarin speaking is required as the candidate will be required to liaise with Mandarin stakeholders, vendors and counterparts on daily basis in China & Hongkong region.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.
• Excellent analytical,problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in the late evening hours to accommodate regional team meetings is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Korean BBQ dishes, including marinating and grilling premium meats such as beef, pork, and chicken.
• Ensure all dishes are made according to the restaurant’s recipes, maintaining the authenticity of Korean BBQ cuisine.
• Ensure that meats are grilled to perfection, taking into account customer preferences for cooking levels.
• Manage kitchen operations, ensuring that the kitchen runs efficiently during service.
• Present dishes attractively, maintaining a high standard of food aesthetics and quality.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

This is a 12 months contract based in Singapore, Working Location Central

Responsibilities

• Be an expert on enforcing standards and policies including some basic compliance policies
• Investigate reported escalations across multiple channels and respond to sensitive global partners inquiries
• Address traumatic, sensitive and potentially offensive content
• Communicate results of technical analyses with non-technical partners
• Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data and escalation trends to develop improvements to the overall escalation processes and provide recommendations for process, policy and product improvements
• Be comfortable dealing with high pressure escalations, grey areas and pulling in cross functional experts, when appropriate, to resolve issues swiftly while putting users first
• The role will require tight coordination with global cross-functional teams including Public Policy, Legal, Community Operations and others to problem solve and develop solutions
• Attention to details is a must — Remain up to date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, policy updates and Community Standards
• Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development
• Utilize strategic tools, systems, and data to help the team analyze trends and deliver insights to define goals and improve processes

Job Description:

• Work with R&D, Sales and leadership to create relevant content that resonates with the target industries and adheres to compliance standards, aligning to our identified target personas and primary needs.
• KPI and ROI Analysis: Set, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, campaign performance, and overall ROI of digital marketing efforts. Funnel should include, leads, marketing qualified leads, sales qualified leads, projects and validation.
• Marketing Automation and CRM Utilization: Utilize marketing automation tools and clients’ CRM systems to streamline marketing processes and personalize customer interactions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with others as well as client’s teams including sales, R&D to ensure that the digital marketing strategy is cohesive and integrated
• Reporting: Provide comprehensive reports and insights on digital marketing performance, recommending strategic adjustments as necessary.
