Position: IT & Operations Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations of simulation system, including operational support at customers’ location.
• Perform technical analysis, corrective, and preventive maintenance of simulation system.
• Troubleshooting of technical issues on site at customers’ location.
• Implementing scenario creation or edits as required for operations using simulation tool set.
• Any other matters tasked by Management.

Requirements:

• Preferably Diploma/Degree in Information Technology / Engineering, or relevant qualifications. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Experience in IT support and deployments.
• Experience handling network issues will be an advantage.
• Team player with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skill.
• Resourceful and able to work independently when required.
• Keen to discover and assess new technology for work purposes.
• Should be highly motivated and able to work under tight schedules.
• Meticulous and able to multi-task.

Food Processing Technician (with Logistics Support) is responsible for combining food processing responsibilities with occasional support for our logistics operations, ensuring the seamless flow of our high-quality food products from production to customer.

Production:

• Follow established production procedures and safety guidelines.
• Operate and maintain food processing equipment.
• Inspect and weigh ingredients to ensure accuracy.
• Package and label finished products according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment.

Logistics Support (Occasional):

• Deliver products to customers' locations in a timely and courteous manner.
• Load and unload food products from the company vehicle.
• Collect payment for deliveries and reconcile cash with invoices.
• Inspect and maintain the company vehicle to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.

Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a food processing environment is preferred.
• Able to converse in basic English and/ or Chinese language
• Valid Class 3 or 4 driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate weights and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description

1. Champion Person- and Family-Centred CarePromote care partnership with internal and external stakeholders through training programmes and campaigns.
   Enable co-creation and implementation of initiatives to enhance inclusion of patient and caregivers in care design, delivery, and evaluation.
   
2. Project ManagementLead and oversee projects from inception to completion.
   Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
   
3. Partnership and Community DevelopmentEngage with diverse stakeholders including but not limited to patients, caregivers, community organisations and government agencies.
   Foster and maintain strategic alliances and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
   Contribute to NUHS’s volunteer management programme including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, recognition, and appreciation of staff and community volunteers.
   
4. Data ManagementCoordinate with key stakeholders to collate and analyse project and patient experience data.
   Coordinate recommendations and interventions based on data analysis.
   Provide analytics and visualization for strategic decision-making.
   Support initiatives to address gaps and areas for improvement.
   
5. Administrative ManagementEnsure efficient administrative processes, including documentation, compliance, and reporting.
   Organise meetings, manage schedules, prepare related agendas and materials.
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Social Sciences, Public Health, or related disciplines.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience with demonstrated experience in programme management, project development, implementation, and evaluation, and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and empathetic approach to handling complex situations with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, caregivers, and diverse stakeholders.
• High level of organisational skills and attention to detail to drive and deliver multiple tasks and projects, focusing on achieving positive outcomes.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
• Proficiency in MS Office. Some basic visual and video editing skills would be an advantage.

1. Overall Job Scope and responsibilities

The production/operations intern reports to the Factory Manager and is responsible for efficiency of manufacturing and overall factory management. Successful candidate will be exposed to factory management & operations; functional ingredients production and formulations; supply chain/logistics planning to ensure streamline production and timely fulfilment of order.

Specific tasks include:

Factory Production

• Manufacturing of functional ingredients, premixes and functional food.
• Factory equipment production process optimization
• Facility and equipment management, arranging for certification and licences
• Planning of production schedule through coordinating equipment, labour, and material availability.
• Support development of streamlined supply, manufacturing, ordering & delivering process to achieve maximum efficiency when fulfilling customers' orders.
• Troubleshooting of production issues to minimize delays in production.
• Upkeeping of production records for traceability
• Implement strict sanitization and cleaning procedures after each production while monitoring the production area hygiene and cleanliness
• Setting up cleaning and the maintenance schedule to ensure machinery/equipment are in working condition.
• Establish of any new processing Standard Operating Procedure
• Provide support and coordinate logistic activities of product goods
• Co-ordinate activities and stakeholders to ensure satisfactory delivery of contract services and in-house development projects.

Sales Operations

• Packing of products, arrangement of logistic for orders fulfilment.

Academic Qualifications and Availability
