Job Description: We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our Logistics Department at a warehouse in the West region. You will be responsible for preparing and managing shipping documents, coordinating logistics operations, and acting as the primary point of contact for shipping-related inquiries. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage high volumes of shipping documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, and airway bills.
• Ensure all shipping documents are accurate, complete, and comply with industry regulations.
• Coordinate with forwarders for timely import and export shipping processes.
• Act as the primary contact for shipping inquiries and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Generate operation management reports and maintain documentation accuracy.

Job Description

• Be the main coordinator in plan, organize events and activities for drivers
• Provide admin support to drivers
• Plan and organize focus groups session for drivers
• Oversee and support a team of Driver relation officers who are handling emails in ensuring to meet stipulated timeline
• Any other project deliverables and duties as assigned

Job requirement

• Open to both Degree holder or Diploma holder
• At least 5-8 years of experience in events planning
• Some relevant experience in customer service is preferred
• Able to work on weekends if required
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Display professionalism when interacting with drivers while managing tasks at all times
• Multi-lingual preferred
• Any other tasks assigned by Supervisors
