Job Summary:

We are looking for a Management Trainee who is highly motivated and detail-oriented to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong desire to learn and grow in their role, as well as developing their skills in various areas of the business. This position will provide training and exposure to different departments, allowing trainee to gain an understanding of the company’s operation.

Responsibilities and duties

1. Participate in on-the-job training in different departments, including but not limited to marketing, operation and finance.

2. Assist superior complete daily task.

3. Maintain accurate records of project details, progress and outcome.

4. Ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

5. Support data entry processes.

6. Undertake any ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required.

Job Responsibilities

• Handling orders and serving guests.
• Serving guests’ needs and deliver service promptly.
• Ensure that the restaurant is set up before the shift starts.
• Maintain overall restaurant cleanliness both outdoors and indoors at all times.
• Prepare tables for the start of operations, perform opening & closing duties.
• Support Manager/Assistant Manager in all areas of floor management.
• Conduct daily check list
• · Assisting in Scheduling and Supervisory roles

• Prepare and serve order to customer accurately
• Inventory and cost control such as food wastage, minimise spoilages and portion control
• Follow SOP
• Ensure workplace safety and hygiene
• Ensure quality and safe for consumption food is served
• Ensure accurate end of day sales report
• Ensure good customer service
• Other related ad-hoc duties assigned

- Understanding F&B related operational systems/tools/devices

- Maintaining safe workplace and efficient workflow to maximise productivity in outlets

- Improve problem solving and communication skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

- Ensure effective time management to meet deadlines and milestones

- Being able to adapt and respond to the changing demands from internal and external stakeholders in the fast paced environment in the F&B industry

Specific Responsibilities:

- Responsible for new store design & construction project management

- Workflow and procedures for BOH and FOH. Maintaining highest quality of product as according to SOP. Ensure a low level of wastage of inventory and foods. Manpower Planning. Monitor the teams and work closely with them, making sure all staff adhere to health and safety standards.

– Housekeeping like storage areas, ensuring they are secure, neat, clean, hygienic and adhere to SFA standards

– Weekly ordering of ingredients and fresh foods to maintain adequate stock levels and coordinate all aspects of deliveries and maintenance of records.

- Identify operational deficiency and provide solutions to improve workflow and maximize productivity

- Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction

- Customer service satisfaction and enhance guest experience at the shop

- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
