• Update risk assessments for the facility as needed and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

General Responsibilities:

• Ensure food products manufactured in the facility meet company and regulatory standards.
• Manage and oversee audits by third-party and authority inspections, including Singapore Food Agency, SGS Singapore for ISO 22000, MUIS and Ministry of Manpower for workplace safety.
• Investigate feedback regarding food safety from customers, suppliers, and other external sources.
• Support functional departments on food safety-related processes and ensure all products comply with company SOPs.
• Develop and provide training on food hygiene, safety knowledge, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• 5 years minimum experience in quality assurance, food safety, and management.
• Strong understanding of ISO 22000, BizSAFE and Halal requirements.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct audits and handle regulatory inspections effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant QA software.
