As our Chief Steward, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness of all food and beverage operations, whilst importantly ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the stewarding team to maintain unparallelled standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all food and beverage areas, including kitchens, dining rooms, and other areas.
• In ensuring the overall cleanliness of the Resort, the incumbent is to develop and implement the relevant standard operating procedures, policies and cleaning schedules. These are to consider the need to ensure the efficiency of our operations and compliance with the necessary regulatory safety standards.
