Reservations Agent

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle all aspects of reservations for hotel booking

· Answer incoming telephone calls and handle bookings upon inquiry

· Liaise directly with the Manager on duty for daily arrivals

· Handle room allocation

· Answer emails for reservations with inquiries and confirmed bookings

· Handle on line travel agent bookings and answer inquires

· Handle guest requests and dispatch to relevant departments

· Daily filing of reservations paper work

· Compliant to company’s Policies and Procedures relating to guest services for reservations and front office functions
