• Ensure that the operation conditions of engineering installations such as air-conditioning system, hot water heaters, cold rooms, electrical switchboards, water tank and utility consumption etc. are being monitored and logged in Daily Operation Checklist on each shift.
• Log down all activities including service breakdowns that occur during his shift and submit report to the Assistant Chief Engineer/Chief Engineer.
• Comply with all Singapore Authorities Safety Work regulations and practices during work day.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by Duty Engineer, Service Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer and/or Chief Engineer as and when required.

Job Description:

· Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant.
