Job Description:

• Preparing high-quality bakery items (bread)
• Clean food preparation areas as determined by company policy
• Create new bakery (bread) recipes
• Estimate expected ingredients consumption and organise preparation
• Keep records and accounts of ingredients purchase
• Monitor supplies and re-order stock as needed
• Manage and to ensure bakery cost is in a healthy range
• Minimize wastage

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in F&B bakery industry
• Passion in Baking and R&D
• Team player
• Customer-centric
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to perform Flexi shifts, and able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
• 6 days per week
• Singaporean only
