The Role

• Responsible for personal hygiene and grooming in accordance to Raffles Hotel Singapore standards, National Environmental Agency standards and HACCP guidelines.
• Enforces the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation in kitchens. Position Overview:

The Office-Based Reservation Agent / Guest Relations Executive at Garibaldi Italian Restaurant & Bar is a pivotal role that involves managing reservations, handling event inquiries, maintaining relationships with third-party reservation partners, overseeing catering requests, responding to emails, and supporting various marketing and financial partnerships alongside the Marketing Manager and General Manager. This role is crucial to ensuring that our guests have a seamless and memorable experience when dining at our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

1)Reservations Management:

• Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date reservation records.
• Work closely with the restaurant team to optimize seating and table allocation.

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head Chef will be responsible to drive high and consistent food quality, food safety and hygiene standards and overall kitchen operations excellence in all the restaurants (Rang Mahal and Table). EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Strong modern Indian cuisine knowledge with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a kitchen managerial appointment. Knowledge in other cuisines an added advantage.

Duty Engineer

The Duty Engineer plays a crucial role in overseeing all engineering operations within the hotel. This includes delegating tasks to subordinates, coordinating engineering activities, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. He/she will ensure compliance with maintenance standards, monitor supplies, and respond to emergency breakdowns. Additionally, the Duty Engineer handles minor projects, ensures systems are well-maintained, and promotes energy conservation measures. The incumbent also conducts inspections, leads daily meetings, and trains subordinates while enforcing hotel policies.

What you will do

• Oversee delegation of daily tasks to subordinates, aligning with maintenance programs such as Perfect Room Program (PRP) and Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP)
• Coordinate all engineering activities hotel-wide
• Develop and execute PMP for engineering equipment/systems including those under Maintenance Contracts, ensuring strict adherence to PMP standards. Monitor and maintain records of preventive maintenance activities.
