Detailed responsibilities

- Assist the chef in daily kitchen operations

- Cut, steam, fry, etc.

- Cleaning and processing of vegetables, seafood, salmon and other raw materials.

- Regularly clean and maintain refrigerators, freezers, cooking areas, exhaust hoods, drainage systems, etc.

- Regularly review the menu with management and design new promotional dishes

- Other temporary duties as assigned by management
