Vegetarian Restaurant Service Crew

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers as they come into the restaurant.
• Process customer's orders and generate customer invoices
• Complete daily settlement of POS systems
• Provide answers to queries presented to clients regarding services and offers made available.
• Respond to customer complaints and questions, resolving issues where possible.
• Keep work areas, such as food preparation areas, and customer areas clean and organized.
• Stock work and customer areas with needed supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and cleaning supplies, and order from suppliers when inventory is low.
• Greet, and answer phone calls from customers.
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Working days : 5 days per week (Total 55 hours, rest days will be on weekdays)

Working hours : 5 days @ 10:45am – 10pm (1 hr break)

Salary : $2,200 onwards (Depends on experience)

Responsibilities

• Create impactful visuals for marketing and promotional purposes
• Create assets for use online and offline, including website, social media channels, YouTube, EDM, digital ads, merchandise, name cards, product packaging, product labels, posters
• Liaise with printing vendor to ensure quality printed materials
• Proofing prints, colour proofs, and mockups for quality control
• Take high resolution food photos and videos
• Timely deliveries of artwork
• Assist in marketing matters as and when required

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent
• At least three years’ experience creating visual assets (both printed and online visuals)
• Possess an eye for details and a flair for creative designs
• Knowledge of video editing and DSLR
• Interest in photography and videography
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work under tight timelines

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes.
• Coordinating cooks' and kitchen assistant tasks.
• Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.
• Plan menus set culinary directions in collaboration with management.
• Develops new and creative recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation which meets the high-quality standards of the restaurant.
• Ensures that all food preparation and presentation are consistent, implementing standards to ensure that it is technically correct and within the budgeted food costs. Evaluates products to assure that quality, price, and related goods are consistently met.
• Schedule and coordinates the work of chefs, cooks, and other kitchen team members to ensure manpower cost budgets are met.
• Specifying the ordering of food supplies and prepares inventories, budget forecasts.
• Ensures that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times.
• Reviewing staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial objectives.
• Training kitchen staff, such as cooks, food preparation workers, and dishwashers.
• Performing administrative tasks, taking stock of food and equipment supplies, and doing purchase orders.
• Setting and monitoring performance standards for staff.
• Obtaining feedback on food and service quality, and handling customer problems and complaints.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced knowledge of chinese food professional principles and practices.
• Excellent knowledge of ordering and inventory.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Available to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays
