F&B Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation for opening and closing of shop
• Cashier, table reservation, take order, and Grab food order packaging
• Weekly/ monthly inventory reporting
• Implement, enforce and maintain brand and outlet SOPs to enhance productivity and service quality across all outlets
• Ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards
• Daily sales reporting to F&B Operation Manager
• Run basic SOP training for new staff and untrained part-timers
• Handle staff grievances and staff monthly roster
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
• Backup for manpower shortage
• Bank in daily sales
• Any other ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the outlet manager

Job Requirements:

• Min 2 years of relevant experience in supervisory role in F&B environment
• Minimum Diploma in management or related F&B certificate etcs
• Professional communication skills are required.
• Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge.
• A team player with positive working attitude and responsible
• 6 days work weeks, able to work shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
