• To report any maintenance issues to the head chef immediately.

• To comply with all company’s policies and procedures to ensure that all-statutory regulations are being observed.

• Manage the manufacturing plant operations from warehousing, production, quality control, purchasing and maintenance.
• Hands on in the daily operations at the manufacturing plant.
• Implement and maintain good manufacturing standards to achieve higher efficiency, productivity and quality.
• Handle supply chain of raw materials, packaging and machinery for new and existing products.
• Create realistic workflows for plant operations to run smoothly.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 5 years of production planning and managing production operations experience in a food manufacturing industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with good planning, organization and project management skills.
• Familiar with local regulation (SFA, NEA) and F&B certifications (BRC/FSSC22000).

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Dining Area Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
