Your duties as Chef De Partie include the following but not exclusively:

• Delivering consistently high quality food and drink to customers

• Maintenance and cleanliness of dining areas, bar and service counters, immediate surrounding areas

Working days: 4 days or 5 days, 10am - 10pm.

Job Description:
- Processing of frozen food, ingredients, beverages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace, adhering to strict health and safety regulations.
- Operating and washing of machinery.
- Preparation and processing of chili paste soup bases.

Requirements:
- Ability to speak basic Chinese and English is preferred as you'll be working with a diverse team. Those comfortable in a Chinese-speaking environment are especially welcome.
- You're a positive, energetic individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- You're a flexible multitasker who's always ready to pitch in where needed.
- Food Hygiene Certificate: a strong plus point
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or food manufacturing environment is a plus.

Job Description

To perform cooking duties in a non-aircon F&B working environment.

Detailed Responsibilities

- Assist the head chef in daily kitchen operation

- Cutting, steaming, frying, etc.

- Washing and handling raw materials such as vegetable, seafood, pork, poultry, beef, etc.

- Periodically cleaning & maintenance of fridge, freezer, cooking area, exhaust hood, drainage, etc.

- Periodically review menu with the management and design new promotion dishes

- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements

- Able to get along with team members

- Needs to work on split shift daily: 10am – 2pm & 6pm – 10pm

- Needs to work on weekends & public holidays

- OT may be required with short notice to cover other colleagues’ MC or leaves

- Able to work in a Non-Aircon environment
